Our company will also apply or assist in the application for the following licenses for our clients:
City of Houston Dance Hall License: This license is required of any operator in Houston that dancing in public or private rooms of commercial establishments in the City of Houston. The License fee is normally $500.00 per year and can be paid in six month portions.
State Food Stamp License: This license is required of any establishment that accepts State of Texas Food Stamps. There is no annual fee.
Some cities in Texas have Special Use or Occupational licenses that are required by our applicants. We will make clients aware of the requirements and complete applications in cases where attorney, engineer or architectural services are not required.
